AfriTherapy is a digital platform designed to help users discover, connect with, and access independent mental health professionals across Africa. AfriTherapy MendAI, our AI-powered triage assistant, provides preliminary intake guidance, general wellness information, and supportive resources.

Neither AfriTherapy nor AfriTherapy MendAI:

• Conducts clinical assessments
• Provides medical diagnoses
• Issues prescriptions
• Replaces in-person therapy or clinical care
• Offers emergency response services

Any content, suggestions, or educational material provided by AfriTherapy or AfriTherapy MendAI should be interpreted as informational only and must not be relied upon as professional medical advice.

2. Professional Independence and Accountability

All therapists, counsellors, psychologists, psychiatrists, coaches, or facilitators on AfriTherapy operate independent private practices. They are solely responsible for:

• The quality and safety of their services
